Virtual CRC TR 224 Workshop on Labor Markets

Call for papers

The Collaborative Research Center of the Universities of Bonn and Mannheim is organizing a two-day virtual workshop on labor markets. We invite submissions of papers with empirical and theory focus. Topics of interest include but are not restricted to the determinants of earnings dynamics, families in the labor market, worker flows and firm dynamics, the effects of minimum wages, or the consequences of mass layoffs. Papers using administrative data and new methodology are particularly welcome.


2021 Frankfurt-Mannheim Macro Workshop

Call for papers

The Frankfurt-Mannheim-Macro Workshop is held on a yearly basis. It provides a forum for the discussion and the development of macro-oriented research projects by researchers at universities and research institutions in Frankfurt and Mannheim and aims at stimulating the exchange between the two groups. The workshop targets a broad audience including advanced PhD students, junior and tenured faculty.


CRC & IFS CoViD-19 Research Day

This research workshop will be on the economics of this pandemic. Presenters will be from the CRC and the Institute for Fiscal Studies.

Call for Papers: We are looking for both basic research or more policy oriented work. Research on all aspects of the pandemic is welcome. However, we will prioritise contributions that deal with the long-term consequences of the pandemic and with current policy challenges over purely descriptive analyses of data during the first wave.
